Organizational Changes and Season's Greetings

„Nothing is as permanent as change.“ (Heraclitus of Ephesus, 535–475 BC)

Dear business partners,

the sum of challenges remains constant, I wrote last year. We stayed true to that motto this year as well.

We too experienced rough seas and had to navigate the odd cliff in 2024. But we mastered every challenge, often sailed by sight and stayed on course, so that we can look back on a very successful year. And we have reached another special milestone.

I am pleased to announce that, as of 31 December 2024, I am passing the baton to our long-standing authorized signatory, Mr Robert Gränitz, and to Mr Frank Klamra, who has also known and accompanied WIR electronic GmbH as an external partner since 2013.

I would like to thank you, dear business partners, for the good and trusting cooperation over all these years, and ask you to place the same trust in my successors.

Now it's time to catch my breath, pause, and gather strength to tackle the tasks ahead with new energy.

WIR say thank you, and wish you from the bottom of our hearts a merry Christmas and a successful start into a happy, hopefully crisis-free and successful year 2025.

Kind regards,

Jens Rößler
WIR electronic GmbH

PS, due to popular demand:
I will accompany my successors for a few more weeks, rather than retiring – instead I will devote myself to new pursuits. Anyone who would like to stay in touch is welcome to follow me on LinkedIn.
